The main thing that has the potential to hold you up is if you get some really stuck bolts.

Then after that you'll probably have to take them off once or twice to adjust the height right. It gets faster after you've done it before though.

Then just pay someone to do a wheel alignment.

Take the coils out to adjust the height ?? Wut :?

Sorry for such a late reply, I havent been on in a while. I've added those people who have been suggested, but I'm thinking if I get something done I will most likely go with the sway bar. Gonna do exhaust first though haha

I take mine out.
The rubber dust covers on mine make it pretty close to impossible to adjust them while they are on the car without rooting the dust covers.
It takes f all time to put them out and in anyway it's only a few bolts, seeing as you have to jack the car up and take the wheels off anyways.

Haha, yours should still go lower than they are now right?
Mine can easy go down another 20mm from current height and 10mm from what I previously had them on.
I tried them on full low when I got them but it was too silly.

The rears of my Ohlins with 9kg springs are at full drop! I can fit one finger between the rear control arm and the bump stop, so maybe about 1" of travel at the hub? Will have to do the maths.
The fronts with 7.5kg have plenty more low to go but my lip already scrapes going in & out of my garage (uber steep driveway!)

Would love to be one of the very cool kids, scraping everywhere I go but I can't.....

Haha. Super low + front lip would be an expensive habit.

Whether they are worth it or not depends on what you want to achieve in the first place and how much you have to spend. Also as pointed out previously, don't exclude other simple mods that will also improve your handling considerably. Polyurethane bush's, sway bars, strut braces etc etc are all cheap d.i.y. upgrades that don't require any exotic tools/equipment to carry out ...just add beer/bourbon and make a day of it. For a daily driver that will never see a track, personally I don't see the value in coil overs, particularly the cheaper ones that where limited adjustment is available. For a track car, it's a no brainer..
Another thing to consider is that fitting them is only one half of the equation ... the other half is correctly adjusting them which again goes back to what you want to achieve in the first place.
