I have an 08 Spec B wagon with Billys
I had a knock in the front but found the fix with the greaase nipple has worked well, did that about 40000 km ago.
I now have a knock in the rear left, are the billys of the same type of construction in the rear?, (inverted and the slide bearing is in need of better grease).
It is similar noise to fronts with a short, sharp road bump causing the noise.
Are the shocks different on the wagon?

As I understand it, the wagons get the same shocks as the sedans, but different springs (firmer, to hold up the extra weight behind the rear axle).
Not 100% sure on the construction, but I'd be surprised if it varied considerably front to rear other than the mounting points.

Thanks for that, it makes sense that the springs would be stronger.
I should get under it tomorrow so will look into practicality of putting grease nipples in etc (as I have done to fronts).
