Liberty 3.0R 4GEN change to bilstein B6 suspension issue

Postby Audiohippo » Thu Oct 30, 2014 8:44 pm

Hi All,

I have an 07 Subaru Wagon 3.0R 4GEN with approx 100,000km on the clock. I recently decided the suspension was feeling sloppy and too much body roll. After going through the forums I decided to change to the Bilstein B6 suspension all round with stock springs.

This change made a huge improvement in handling and very happy with it, however now the front of the car is higher that the rear, previous to the change they were equal front/back. Visually I don't like it at all as it looks like the car is carrying a heavy weight in the boot.

I want to get the front down about 25mm.

Any idea why this has happened and how I can fix this? Change the front springs to lower ones?

Thanks

AH
