Raising an '01 Outback

Postby Felix » Thu Jun 06, 2013 10:56 am

Hi guys,

Lots of info about lowering on here but what is involved in raising my 2001 Outback H6? I'm not looking at Patrol/Landcruiser clearances, but being in Kalgoorlie, I'd love to head out on the dirt roads and do some mild exploring, without worrying about ripping off exhausts etc.

Cheers, Greg.

Subtle Solutions in the US made a 1" strut block for the Outback, King springs make a 30mm HD raised spring and add an aggressive set of slightly bigger All Terrain tyres

There are a lot of offroading subaru fanatics on www.offroadsubarus.com. It's fascinating to see how far the Subis go...they'll even outdo big 4x4 in some situations

This is how an Outback sits with the 1" lift (photo by Subtle Solutions on another forum)
