Would a genuine 2005 Sti Liberty sedan strut brace fit my 2007 Liberty sedan Spec B????

The body should be the same
But I could e wrong :/

the body of a 06 is the same as a 05 so they should fit, if not Ill put it up for sale on the Forum haha

Picked it up today, how do i install it? Is it as simple as undoing the 6 bolts and lining it up than putting them back on or what?

Yes. they are supposed to be torqued to 19.5 from memory. dont overtighten them or you will snap the studs and then you're fucked

and no a prefacelift grille will leave a gap. also its the same as every other prefacelift grille. there was no special tuned by sti grille

So in other words all i have to do is untighten line up the strut and do the nuts back up but dont over tighten them

I don't think it would, the grille height on the post-facelift appears to be bigger than the pre-facelift.
