FMIC kit - Group buy possibility

Postby SUB4RU » Fri Apr 23, 2010 11:19 am

Not sure if I am allowed to do this so feel free to delete this post Ric if I have done something I shouldn't of have.

I spoke with my exhaust/fabrication shop yesterday and told him that there seems to be demand for a bolt-on Front mount intercooler kit for our Liberty's that keeps the foglights and can be installed with minimum effort AKA DIY install.

These people did a custom front mount on my B4 liberty which allowed me to keep the foglights and everything else in the usual place except they snipped a bit off the back of the front bar for the cooler to sit in its place.

I told him AVO do one for $1450 which doesn't fit well but that should be around the price to aim for and he said it shouldn't be a problem.

Please register your interest here and if we can get to 10, this will get into effect around May.

PS. I know Phat is working on another alternative too so we will also have to wait and see how his idea goes.

Attached is the pic of the install they did on my previous liberty B4:
