Front LSD

I was just wondering if an option existred to do this mod?

I have heard of it for dedicated track cars (probably overkill for street driven cars); requires opening up the gearbox though and it was about $2,000 just for the LSD before labor costs.

I wouldn't have thought spinning the inside front was that much of an issue except for GTs which put out much more power than stock and being driven hard.

you can pick up a front LSD centre for under $1500 from one of the bigger companys

you just have to make sure you get the right one or the car will handle worse as there are many to pick from

All of the DCCD boxes have a front LSD, and a reasonable percentage of JDM VCD boxes do too.

You could possibly organise a changeover. Bear in mind a front LSD will induce some understeer, so you may need to consider changing the rear diff at the same time. Doing that of course has repercussions to the drivability of the car.
