STI GEAR SHIFT LEVER ASSY FOR 6MT ST3501021020 ordered at japanparts.com.
New one.
Seems to be similar with my 2004 3.0R Spec B one.
I'll post pics to compare when I'll make the swap.

Ordered assembly from Japanparts, and 4x $40 bushings + 2hrs labour. Not cheap but you shift so so often, it's a major improvement in feel of the car.
But that has a lot to do with my previous shifter felt like throwing a sausage down a hallway when shifting haha.

+1 to Tom Kauf for all the info and feedback.

:good:
Done!
GREAT improvement!
ST3501021020 from Japanparts and front bushes from BillyCorgi, 2 hours to do the job.
Old bushes just under the lever were completly destroyed!

It was easier to disconnect the whole assembly from the trany than doing this:

Just saw your post. This is next bolt fwd from the flat headed one . You werent able to remove that in place were you? I got the nut to turn a bit, then the bolt turned as well, so no way to undo it, and doubt there is space above to remove anyway.

Did you leave the coupling in there, and connect the back end to you new lever assembly ??

tks

It was easier doing like this:

With the Duracon knob:

I'll post a pic of the old assembly to compare.
Shifting is easier, and faster!
A little bit hard, but I think it will change after few kilometers.
My son, 17 years old, new driver, feel it more comfortable.
Thanks all for your help!
