The above seems to be a very high quality explanation of the different ports & key plumbing concepts.

I don't have the mental bandwidth right now to work through the article's explanation against your described situation, but I might come back to it later in the week for interest's sake.

EDIT - can you clarify exactly what each Port Number is connected to in the current "back from tuner" spec? The options of course being:
"wastegate",
"Compressor housing" and
"bleed to atmosphere or ported vacuum"
