That latter point applies to your idle graph question.

The less parameters the more resolution.

So if you want to “see” your vibration issue in the log, you’d want to start with as few parameters as possible and work your way up till you lose resolution from adding too many parameters.

I want to say my understanding of Romraider specifics is limited at best so if anyone can set my interpretation of the logs straight, please chime in ;)

Indeed I have a GenV vin saved somewhere just for occasions like this.

The differences from gen4 astound me.

Eg the sump, the turbo sump, the camshaft driven turbo oil drain scavenge pump.
And now looking at the intake, charge pipe & pcv system.

There’s a lot going on lol.

So just looking at the figures again, due diligence of course, outliers, open mind etc...

I notice your idle TPS is 3.5% across at least 2 logs.

So I looked that up in the FSM: "Throttle opening angle signal Throttle Opening Angle % 2.0 — 2.4%" at idle.

Meaning 3.5% is out of spec, and sometimes this is due to a dirty throttle body or plate.

If you're removing the TMIC to clean the TB, get an assistant to actuate the plate using the pedal.
Manually moving the DBW throttle plate can damage the gears.

If removing the TMIC isn't feasible you could potentially spray the TB from the BOV mount, with the latter part temporarily removed.

Hi bigBADbenny ,
good pickup with TPS, thank you!
The throttle body is ( and was clean) - that was the first point I started from when I got this issue. All cleaned up, throttle body position re-learned, then I even replaced the throttle body to another one (used).
I looked into the logs - there are one where I set RPM as +300 (log2) and another one when I set no such RPM adding, i.e. default setting (log3)
With No Added RPM and no load TPS is 2.35%, With RPM +300 and no load TPS is 3.92%.
So I assume we should count TPS with no load and default settings - which is 2.35% and it is within specs:

Its strange, I looked at some of my logs and same thing.
From a friend that had a really gooey TB and some idle issues, it was running around 5% at idle.
