Ej255 for a Ej257?

Hey guys! New member here. Does anyone know if there is a need for any changes if I were to put a ej257 from a G3 sti (or wrx) into my 08 lib Gt spec.b?

I would think it will be ok but it will be very labor intensive because if you are talking about a "complete" 257 then most of it will not be used in your lib. Only block and heads..I'm new to libs as well so wait for a long timer too chime in with an answer..We have 2.5s in both our GC8 Rex and Sti. That's why I am confident it will work for you..
