What sensor are you seeing 107C on, and where is it placed? Extra gauge of your own? What is the stock gauge doing when you see 107C ? What percentage of the stock radiator is covered by the TMIC? Did the FMIC provide an improvement in performance over the TMIC? It looks a LOT bigger than a stock TMIC...
When I have run an ODB-II display on my gtb I have seen temps from 83C to 97C in normal driving. In fact it looks like the system allows the coolant to get up to 97C when ambient temp is low, but when ambient is high coolant stays under 90C. All the while the stock temp gauge NEVER moves off just below horizontal.
