440XT mate. But they come with a 15psi actuator and it was recommended to me that I go smaller so that we can use boost control to go further. Im running the Turbosmart IWG75 with a 12psi setting. 12 in I mode. 15 in S. and 18 in S# mode. Going to update my build thread shortly.

Ime, boost will always vary slightly due to various combinations of gearing/revs/speed.
But a well sorted and tuned setup should be able to stay within one or two psi of the intended target.
Any more than that would cause me concern, indeed my btssm is configured with an alarm to warn me :)

Any progress with your cars?

My intake manifold is currently being prepped (fuel rails, etc) ready to drop on top of the engine... then it's in the car, and tune time!

Snapped a few pics of what my mechanic is doing to the fuel rails...

Basically the housing that the factory fuel pressure regulator fits to is attached to two pipes on the fuel rail. There is a hole in the top pipe that enters the fuel pressure reg housing (you can see it when you look up inside the housing when it is off the car).

The simplest setup seems to be putting a bung in the fuel pressure reg housing, and blocking off that lower rail (crimping it, welding it and also putting a rubber stopper on it). Therefore this whole lower section is not used. Alternatively the entire piece could be cut off - but that would require threading a new hose fitting onto the rail.

My only concern is that the fuel reg housing will get fuel sitting in it... (possibly not moving, so could get hot?). Although as the fuel line is pressurised I think the fuel will continue to move around.

And a sketch... (I'm not 100% sure if I drew the inlet/outlet is the right way - the mechanic will sort it though)

You wanna check your injectors. Looks like the right side is squirting more than the left...

I'm thinking about these...

look the goods, and are pretty cheap, considering.
Just looking into the AVCS clearance issues.
