My guess is unless you are pushing really big power (250kwatw+), there is little to gain.

I think he's making fun of the fact you said "poof teeth" instead of "poofteenth".
But youd be surprised of the gains headers give... it's not a "poofteenth"... it's up to 15wkw, which is about the same gain as upgrading to a VF52.

I have no interest in changing my UEL headers. I love the sound. Plus im not looking for every poofteeth of a kw. But to read of the differences and learning how best they operate is very educational.
Thanks guys
I'm also not interested in changing from UEL headers, but I am very interested to know the difference that aftermarket UEL would make compared to stock UEL (at under 200atwkw). In saying that, if its just a slight 5% or so gain at top end it doesn't seem worth the expense

you cant forget that some people actually prefer the EL sound. In some cases it does actually sound pretty good:
Bare in mind that 5% of 200kw is 10kw. That's about $90/kw if you get ceramic coated. That's pretty standard cost for liberty's.

hahaha. poof teeth. Yeah you guys know what I meant.
The sound of the EL headers isnt bad. But I still prefer the more prominent boxer note. That's just me, and Im the type of person to be happy with 180kwatw from the stock turbo.

Look forward Adam to see the results but not in a graph more the drivability and difference you feel in the various rev ranges.

It seems like a few people are waiting for a headers review. I'll give an honest review after the tune. However I worry it might not be accurate with the new cooler and CAI adding to the result, but I'll do my best

more power than before is always a bonus. The review will always be positive with an upgrade over stock regardless of what it is haha, within reason of course.

I meant more of a bum dyno review on where the improvements are in what rev range. I know the CAI adds to peak power, so if I feel anything in the mid range it's likely the headers.
