We will inspecting the whole oil supply system very carefully.
The jury is still out about whether its a defective turbo, if the turbo was starved of oil or if the rattling grinding noise is some other red herring.
I find out next week when I do some more testing before the latest turbo is installed.

We will check anyway since in some years/markets there definitely were filters eg in the bolt at the rear of the RHS head.
