postFL GT spec B 5EAT Auto = R180?

Anyone know if their Auto GT B has an R180 rear diff?
I once knew but forgot :P

I was recently told that the manuals have the R180, but we only got the R160 in the autos.

I'm going to try to get a good look at my rear diff at some stage real soon now to confirm either way. :)

Much of a hassle to upgrade to the R180? I know you need the 5x100 hubs but then R180 shafts (with the right splines for inside the R180 diff).

If mine does play up (I'm still not convinced the ABS is the issue), I don't know if I'll just try to find a good replacement centre for the R160 (and if so, what, I note that Wavetrac don't do a Subie diff), or do something else...

Ratios are the biggest problem.

3.27 final for preface auto

3.18 for post facelift auto

No r180 comes close unfortunately

Ah. 3.54 and 3.71 is what I've seen on R180 centres. Too short...

Cusco R160 upgrade would be the go.
They make front and rears for autos iirc.
