Define "easily"....

I found this write up for when I did my injector swap in my SH Foz, but it includes the spark plug swap also. And it's one of the better injector/plug DIYs I've seen.

Much of the stuff to come out to clear the way for the injectors to be swapped has to come out for the plug swap too.

If you have to ask how to change spark plugs I advice you not to attempt it.

I disagree. The process is far from straight-forward on a horizontally opposed engine (I've changed the plugs on many inline 4/6 and v6/8 engines, and I'd still have to ask for assistance the first time I did them on an EJ engine...

Is it really that hard to have a look and see what needs to be removed to get to the plugs...a bit of problem solving skills go a long way.

Have you referred to a workshop manual of the car? Most of the details are in there :)

^ buy a set of NGKs that are listed for your car (SILFR6A) and they will come pregapped (or LFR7AIX) if your car is pushing more power than factory.

If you trust the gap on a plug when it comes out of the box, you're not doing it right.

If you ever get the chance to see any of my cars, you'll realise I'm one of the very few doing it right.
