Subaru must not be trying very hard. Yep they're one step colder NGK iridium. Many of the libs here are running these, as am I.

Happy to supply :) pm me re: payment and drop off/shipping address

Damn, I was so close....not. here you go

Owen on one hand well done for jumping to someone's defense, on the other - bro do you even funny? Or intelligence?

Never mind. You won't get it even if I explained it. $70 is still a rip, I hope you weren't serious.

I thought your price seemed very high so I actually PM'd Newbie with an alternative. I don't think you were joking and are trying to cover yourself now or something? Because you have linked one from the US which has $50USD postage.

This is quite funny, as my company spends a quarter of a mil with NGK Australia every month and that's almost what I pay for them. So if you can get them cheaper...hats off to u.

PS I'm not your bro.

It said free worldwide shipping? My bad :(

I buy them off rally sport or subaru parts from the states, it's at $39-44 for a set. When buying brake pads and other parts, the shipping cost for these becomes negligible.

If I was trying to mark something up 300% why would I do it publicly in a thread? Where everyone will chime in as you did. I didn't believe that newbie couldn't find them, so I wanted to see how he'd respond

It doesn't matter how much your company spends with ngk Australia. And no, you're not my bro ;)

Sorry newbie, sometimes I'm sure you're trolling

This forum has so much info, even reading Bruce's build thread (where you comment quite regularly) mentions where and what spark plugs he got. For you who's been on the forum this long - it seems really strange that you wouldn't be able to find some spark plugs.

As for me being serious about dealership prices, I just wanted to see what you'd say. If you were trolling it would be easy to pick. I don't ever remember trying to sell anything at ridiculous prices, as everyone who's bought anything off me knows. :D

Kieran, when you genuinely asked me about an oil filter on a Saturday - I didn't go off quoting you prices. That's your tangible experience with me, something you can draw judgements from about character. You know this, so not sure why the cold comments there. Considering my history, I'm not sure what you're basing your reasoning about me covering up on. I could have just as easily said "yeah, so what? I told him the price in public, he's not obligated to buy from me".

I do start shit with some people here, when I think they're wrong or giving bad advice or severely up themselves, you can call me dumb, rude or that I know nothing about cars etc and for being too honest at times, when I should have kept some things to myself. But I certainly don't mislead anyone.

Anywayy, that's my bitch sulk, if your theory actually makes sense in your head, and that's all you need to talk trash about someone, we'll leave it there

Is the gapping on 2.5T spark plugs supposed to be 0.7mm or 0.8mm? I have just got my new NGK LFR7AIX (1 step colder than stock) and they are all gapped at 0.7mm, but I was told by 2 people that they think it's supposed to be 0.8mm?
Couldn't find anything in the manual or anything in the engine bay to indicate the spark plug gap.
