do you know how long your current plugs have been in ben? is your car running ok? or do you want to do them just cause?

if you pull them out I would replace them as they can be a bit tricky and take time to remove

mine came gapped perfect as I checked them with feeler gauges

also you don't have to go a step colder if you aren't running massive boost and power my car was running fine on standard heat range plugs

Great advice and I'm on normal boost so I'll be fine on standard.
My 200K service/s are coming up so I'm considering new plugs and a compression and leakdown test before I drop coin on service items.

In some cases using a hotter plug works better if your are using oil, I would stick to the standard heat range plug ben

That's the advice I received, and I've stayed on standard plugs too.

I hoping a stuck PCV is the cause of slightly excessive oil consumption...
