Gen V - Relocation of BOV

I have installed a new TMIC, and plan to use a BOV on it, instead of keeping it in its current position.
Can anyone tell me what type of hose would be required, as well as whether there are products to plug up holes, etc that I can use?
I plan to use a WRX Kompact Turbo Smart, so obviously the hose would need to be the right size for that.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
