I haven't had a closer look but is this a clue it has an auxiliary cooler installed from factory being a turbo.
Sorry for revisiting an old post.

Perhaps the towbar has been removed. Or maybe the owner just decided it'd be a good idea to keep the tranny cool, is it auto?

BTW there's no such thing as a MY06 GT Spec.B in AUS, unless you imported it from Japan or NZ

And Ricco, is English your second language? L2english

Correct you are.
It's an 06 build MY07 Aussie delivered auto.
I've can confirm there's is no auxiliary cooler, although Subaru confirmed the remote oil filter is factory Spec.
I've since fitted a Davies Craig unit 678 for piece of mind.

I really have no way of monitoring that.. I just know that it started slipping on a hill run in Brisbane about a year ago.. Scared the shit out of me so decided to get a cooler to help haha

That's it on the right. It came with zip tie-y things that just go through the radiator (no harm done). The hardest part was pulling off the old pipe (that's what she said). All up took about 10 mins. I haven't got a gauge to see if it runs cooler but I did 5 trips the other day with a trailer, all around 700 kegs each, gears changes fine.
