Yeah it does...in the steering wheel actually everything for like 30sec :)

My car doesn't anymore because I don't have my air pump anymore

Did you read my posts about the AVCS issue?
Easy enough to log it and spot if its the issue.
Or once warm try holding 1500rpm.
If revs drop and the car starts rocking...
We're working on the various fixes... :-)
The thread is going to be/already epic, but once resolved the conclusion will be moved to the OP...

Mine has this idle wobble which shits me. Worse when cold but is there most of the time when warm too. Most noticeable on idle can't really tell under power. If you ever so slightly blip the throttle on idle it accentuates the wobble. Mine has done 100k and plugs aren't due to be swapped until 125k (for the 2.5ltr). Car has full service history with injector cleaner between services etc.. Given it does this when warm also, does this sound like AVCS filters? I would be surprised if it is as the previous owner had both solenoids replaced including filters (~$800 worth) only 5000ks ago and runs full synthetic oil.

Description from mechanic was 'Customer advises that at low speed there is a lag in acceleration and tends to stall. Found trouble codes relating to the Oil Supply Valve Solenoid. The oil had become quite thick causing the solenoid to stick in position therefore making the car run roughly. Cleaned out the left and right solenoids and refitted. Flushed the engine oil but car still running rough. Replaced both the solenoids and test drove, all OK. Cleared code out of ECU memory.'

Avcs cam gears may need replacement pending logging and or experimentation with different viscosity/detergent pack oils...
