Id1000 injectors, going for 400 bucks or there abouts on most car part websites, ie tuspeed or carmods australia. As for the pump, Garage88 apparently does a good upgrade. I was going to use the term 'drop in,' but i don't think it is. The AVO pump is pretty price, like 600 or so, but it is a drop in and flows 260+lph which is plenty.
Moving on, what is done to your car? If it has just a flash tune you don't really need to do anything.

Well, if you are just going to have an exhaust, filter and tune setup don't bother with the injectors and pump, unless you want to run e85. Spend the 500 of the 1500 (including labor) saved on cocaine, and the other grand on hookers. A good time will be had by all.

+1
Don't need bigger injectors and fuel pump until you go a bigger turbo or E85 fuel.
My auto GT has a bigger turbo but I didn't need to upgrade my fuel system.
