Hey all,

Discovered yesterday whilst looking at the Liberty front on the the sump guard looked a little lower than usual. Low and behold, it looks to have lost a few clips at the rear and is sagging quite noticably. Just wondering if anyone might know what type of clips it may use and whether or not it will be easy enough to get the clips from Subaru and do it myself or whether I am going to have to take it in to be done under warranty.

Are there any foreseeable issues with this? The guard is secure enough, it's jsut the back of the guard that rattles around a bit.

Wouldn't it be one of the two clips they use around the whole car?

Only issue I can see is when reversing and the guards getting snagged on stuff lying around.

NFI, haven't stuck my head under to take a look as yet.

Yep, not sure about the Gen 5s but the Gen 4 plastic undertrays are held on several of the large black clips and three 14mm bolts with integrated spacers. Unless you know you've bashed it on something (ie it's your fault), I'd take to the dealer to fix under warranty.
