Double adjustable short shifters Q

Postby bigBADbenny » Thu Mar 22, 2012 10:36 pm

Ok I know I should stick to an STi SS, but apart from price, logos etc. are there any major quality differences between the Prove, Mode and Cobb double adjustable short shifters?

mode and cobb are 99% the same -since chief designer for mode left and went to cobb or something like that. just changed brands but same design basically

just had a look and they look VERY similar
mechanics-wise theyd all do the same thing. i wouldnt really be worrying about slight differences in build quality between brands as its not really a high-stress part (as opposed to something like a control arm for example)
so go for whichever name you like / the cheapest / the most bling :D
