If it's from Australian Fleet Sales or somewhere, they have newish cars with just stupid km's traveled on them hence the cheap prices.
The one at Granville offered me a MY09 GT-B auto with 110,000km on it. Needless to say it was roughly the same price I got my MY08 GTB for with 1/3 of the kays on it.
But having a look around the yard late one night there was an array of late model FG Falcons and VE Commodores that were two years old with up to 150,000km on the clock.
One 2008 Nissan Murano had 215,000km.
Given the fact that they are mostly fleet cars that majority of the time have been serviced on the dot, but still if you rack up a few kays per year yourself, you want something with less km on it so its less likely to cause problems later.

I've inquired about this one.
The combination of white leather interior & 180,000km mean that it probably won't sell for more.
Might not even sell for that...

Here is the GT Spec B R on redbook, so sad to post this as the value is always dropping.

I never knew there was a white leather option on the spec b? Wow, I'd have been interested however I wonder how well it's aged.

Until I saw this I never knew that white leather was available. It was certainly was avaialble on the 3.0R in white which makes this one look dubious in terms of spec B. It does have the right pedals. The other giveaway now that the wheels aren't standard would be if it had the electric passenger seat.

Anything is available. My cousin's 05 GT had custom cream leather done by the dealer, mind you they charge a premium to do it but it's definitely possible.

Tan leather and even no sunroof was an option on all Spec B’s
I pretty sure the GTB-R only came with a redish interior, it was one of the key selling points of GTB-R.
GTB-R’s were released to get sales on the last remaining GEN 4’s prior to the GEN 5 release.

I'd agree with that, it's just cosmetic trinkets such as the STI grille & Ochre seats.
