That's exactly what I'd be asking. The car came with one, what happened to it?

Anyway if Subaru can't make you one you could get someone to make one I guess, there are plenty of sticker places around that could probably do it. But personally I'd always know it's not the genuine sticker. And when it comes time to sell, the prospective buyer might notice and think you're trying to rip them off lol.

To be honest Ric, Subaru (salesman) said that the MY08 didnt come with a build plate and that he confirmed that with Subaru and by looking at a Silver version he had on site.

Pretty peeved, but not enough to fly off the handle as yet. I dont see any point in pursuing something which cannot be attained through that channel anyhow. Waste of my time.

I really should have looked at this when I was buying it...I checked EVERYTHING else. (who cares I would have bought it anyway!)

I know someone who could make you the badge/sticker. He owns Trophy Store and the badge looks very similar to a number of the things that he makes/sells. If so I would need to borrow Senator's engine cover for a couple of days so that he had something to work with.

I'd be interested in this!I destroyed mine trying to pry it off the engine cover so that I could attach it the Zero/Sports one. Needless to say it doesn't like being removed.

Doesn't like being removed? I feel my badge no such concerns!

Of course, the entire engine cover could have been replaced.

Any TB STi owners have any form of special edition manuals/log books? Mine are all standard Liberty/Outback bible manual and logbook.

Nope. Standard issue manuls/log books for the MY07 STi as well. The STi's don't come with anything special that requires manual assistance. :D
