Doesn't 300hp = 200kw?

So if a vf52 can net 212kw wouldn't your td06 easily make over 300hp atw?

Or was that another case of 'the pulse dyno'?

300hp = 223.7Kw... but, the dyno is just a tool... so you can't really compare between them!.. But if you wanted to compare, using the base tune looks like he made ~160Kw which equates to about 215hp? On the Allstar dyno, stock mine made 180hp, so if you're comparing dyno's, I would say that the XXXX dyno reads about 115% of the Allstar dyno? So 212kw(284hp) on the XXXX dyno is equivalent to 241hp on the allstar dyno?...

and... that is why you cannot compare dyno's... never works out!...

Same dyno, similar conditions should net much the same results... but other than that, there are just too many variables!

Looking at SM177 Dynograph, the tuning was done by Paul Fisher from Pulse, but I think the Dyno used was "Northside 4x4 Accessories". That is the name on the Dynograph. SM177 is from Brisbane and Paul did do a Tuning trip in Brisvagas some time last year.

Sorry mate.. Didn't know where his was tuned, someone else mentioned Pulse so I thought that was where his was done!

SMI77's car was tuned on Northsides dyno on Paul's organised trip to Brisbane (as was mine)

.....so much for everyone's theory on the Pulse dyno.....obviously he is able to optimise anyones dyno

i just saw that the tune was done by pulse so i assumed it as done on their dyno.
