You really need proper testing equipment to get an accurate reading in a Lib.
I test to a 0-110kmph to get a close to accurate 0-100km result in my car.
I'm sure Jackson's GT is capable of getting a low 4 second 0-100km time with the right conditions and launch.

Depends which OBD value was used for speed... The car knows exactly how fast you're going (provided you're on standard tyres), what it shows on the speedo is lowered deliberately. Your trip meter uses the correct speed.
