Hi Mate, thats the kit.

Pretty easy install.

Other members on here have also used the same kit with good results.

Thanks mate.
They also have another kit available that includes cold air intake and filter...

Is that a good option?

US$600 is about AU$570. Awesome value :D

the CAI isnt necissary.
Honestly, buy a CAI for $50 for a 2005 wrx, and it fits heaps better.

How did u get them back on without cutting them to fit over the pipes.

I'm gunna put my fmic back on but I really hate the idea of chopping up the fog light covers . Can u take the covers off and post a pic of an up close pic of what yours is like behind.

No more pics today, its bullshit hot outside.
I replaces the bends coming off the core with 2.5" long arm 90deg silicone, cut to suit so the turn is as close to the body as possible.
Behind the fog light covers there is a bit of the original bar plastic cut out to make way for what i did. but not noticeable when all back together.
If you look closely you will see i looped a small black cable tie through the covers, and tied the back end of it off to the bar so just in case they want to pop off, they cant.

Its not noticeable unless your looking for it.

So how does the silicon bends allow more space then the original hard pipes??? :|

Edit.... I think my cooler is much thicker and or sits further forward then yours. I've had a look at the pics of when its on and the pipes actually come out past the font of the fog light covers

so did mine originally, so i "massaged" the metal that was in the way with a grinder and a hammer, tidied it all up clean, then painted it, and now its all apples.

You can cut pipes/silicone at angles also so the bends go exactly where you want them, thats what i have done here.

I have simply been way too busy to finish the job, and had a bash last night while it was cool.

If i get a cool day ill rip it all off and get some more pics of every angle if you like.

P.S, alot of trial and error went into this, as far as where to put everything, also cable ties are the best thing ever ;)

Interested in seeing how the battery fits & if there's a possibility of the pipework fitting around the stock air box :D

the battery is in stock locatiom.
As for airbox i have no interest in keeping it, but due to the massive amount of room in the r/h corner i cant see why it wouldn't.
