put a stock dump pipe on.

If it fixes your issue get a cat put in yours.

the issue only started when you modified your exhaust, so your exhaust is the issue.

the extra flow from the y-pipe and mufflers has changed the way the gases flow. now they flow at a higher velocity, so the o2 sensors readings have changed. along with that the second cat isn't as effective due to the heat difference between halfway down the car, and in the dump/engine bay. which gives inaccurate readings for the sensors.
