Postby PRO20B » Thu Feb 11, 2010 11:51 am

Hey guys... just wondering if anyone has used one of these or knows if they will fit Gen IV Liberty's?

http://www.processwest.com.au/website/p ... 08tmic.htm

Thanks
Daniel

Good feedback from the WRX boys on their TMIC, but at the time they didn't make one for our model Liberty. I still don't think they make one.

Yup, core was way thick and something about sales figures... not as many Liberty modders out there compared to the WRX boys.

avo fits but you have to trim the engine cover, not too sure about the process west cooler though, still think its too thick for the opening.

Bumping an old thread!

Just got off the phone to process west and they say they've just released a TMIC for the 2007-2009 Liberty GT! He said they will update their website soon.

I'm thinking of getting this one instead of the hyperflow but it costs $1100. He did say though that it comes with a under bonnet air guide to replace the stock one.

They haven't just released it, it's the same as the WRX one but it jst comes with a splitter to replace the stock one.

SO guys, who thinks process west TMIC is worth the money over a hyper flow? I believe bolting on a process west means i cant run my stock engine cover and will generally be a bit harder to fit?

Got a PW TMIC. Install is easy, lines up perfectly, finish is top notch. Comes with scoop ducting as well, which is required to seal perfectly on the cooler. Also, you can order the other silicone hot side hose (from turbo to intercooler) if you want to run the STi style turbos (i.e regular outlet). Can make decent power with these.

Hyperflow no longer do car parts so the HF would have to be secondhand

Hey Guys,
I've purchased a Process West TMIC and my car did not like it one bit. I could hear the turbo spool, but no pull back nor could I hear my BOV.
Could it be that it needs a tune with it?
Advice guys? I had to put the stock TMIC back on. =(
