these numbers tell the story for 4th gear vs 5th gear power runs
6-speed manual or Electronic 5-speed SPORTSHIFT4
Gear ratio 4th 1.137 or 1.000
Gear ratio 5th 0.891 or 0.834

Gain is still awesome though from the base reading :D But the actual numbers are a wee bit too high IMO.

ratio difference between 4th and 5th is a bit , I expect a more realistic figure of 170-175 kw with a 1:1 ratio . 5th would read like 165kw I assume. All of this is agreed , but the gain from base tune is undisputable - especially with 44 degree Inlet Temps after 13 power runs!!

It does feel very similar in torque to my 183.5awkw XT Foz though,
dynoed at STi DOCKLANDS (which is NOT a happy dyno at all ) in 4th gear on the 5MT.

as a bit of an aside you can do nice little tricks with the Dyno dynamics inlet temp value which it uses for compensation. :lol:
