07 TBSTI 6MT Bolt ons

Postby saasdasd » Thu Mar 07, 2019 8:40 am

Hi there,

Was after a list of all the usual bolt ons for my 07 STI Liberty.

It has had a forged bottom end rebuild - hence I thought I may as well.

Car is stock besides dump pipe + cat & a tune.

Also open to suggestions on where to take the car/quotes - I am based in Sydney.

Cheers!

hey mate,

we stock a few parts that could help you out...

Depending on what power you want...But you won't make much more with the stock turbo with your dump & current tune maybe 10-15kw if that..So if your looking to upgrade the turbo I would probably go Blouch 1.5xtr or GCG GTX2867R...the blouch has different compressor housing so you'll need a PW intercooler as well. But the CGC turbo has the correct compressor cover, so you could go with a Mishimoto Intercooler which is cheaper than PW.

To support those turbos you'll also need:
ID1050x Injectors
Fuel Pump
Intake & Silicone Inlet
Headers - Maybe

We can supply these parts except for CGC turbo...PM me or email kobemotorsport@gmail.com and I can hook you up :) Who tunes your car?

Thanks for the response mate.

How do those two options shape up against the VF52?

It was tuned by Autotech (Spiro)

No problem :) so both turbos would be fractionally laggy

Let me know if you have anymore questions

Any idea on the kind of wkw gains I'd be getting with the bigger turbo, as well as the other boltons apart from dump pipe (last dyno said 163wkw)? And just to clarify, all of the turbo options would be slightly laggier than stock?

And what would ballpark price be on everything? Inc labour
