Liberty Service Manual & Parts Supplier

Postby Martymuso » Fri Oct 26, 2012 1:06 am

Hi all,

I have been through the searches of the forum without a result I require so if this has been asked before I apologise.

I am after a service manual for MY07 Liberty GT 2.5T and / or something that shows the circuit diagrams of the cars wiring. If anyone has or knows where to get one from please let me know.

Also I have google'd Subaru parts suppliers online, and apart from Subaru themselves, can anyone recommend a good parts supplier for stock parts. In particular I am after the internal temp sensor for the A/C system. Mine is doing the cooling and heating but nothing in between and I am pretty sure its a sensor fault. I haven't tried measuring the resistance on it yet or checking the wiring out but will start looking into it in more detail on the weekend.

If anyone does have technical info on the car for mechanical or electrical maintenance I am very interested in obtaining such documentation!

Cheers
Marty

There's links to the Workshop Service Manual up here for sure. viewtopic.php?f=18&t=9062
I've downloaded several versions of the Subaru Liberty / Legacy Workshop Service manual - the more versions the better!
I've never seen and AUDM version though...
If you get stuck drop me a PM.
Parts for your Subaru Liberty - Makin and Luby here in Melbourne - reasonable prices, you must supply your VIN so you know it will fit!
Self quote: Makin and Luby are impressive, I had a quote within an hour or so, confirmed I was ordering the right amount of parts via telephone, my parts are in stock, and I can pickup 8-5 weekdays or 8-12 on Sat.
Some parts will obviously be more inexpensive if bought overseas, just make sure you get the right part number before ordering.
You have to balance out the whole in stock, warranty/rma, compatibility, shipping, peace of mind equation.

Thanks for that information it seems like it will be very useful indeed.

I will check out Makin and Luby thanks for that. At home in the UK I know good sources for parts and tech info but here I have no clue! lol

Does anyone know of WA stores that stock parts, or good places to visit to look into styling for the Liberty's?

Just been looking here from a link I found from the post your referred to and its perfect. Exactly what I was after THANK YOU!

Everything you need to know is right here and make contact with local club members for meet ups and s/h parts :-)
Do an intro page, a bling me up and a member profile.
Put your exact car paint code, model, body style, model year and transmission type and your locations suburb/state in your post profile >>>>
and you'll be sorted!
