Hyperflow CAI help

Postby DLBSPC » Thu Mar 17, 2011 8:03 pm

Hey guys just installed the Hyper flow CAI that I bought from BLACK GT. Its sweet as, and a big thanks to him for a smooth sale.

What I wanted to know is.

Do you guys leave the stock ?air guide?? thingy on to give it a more stock look. And if so how do I hold there better seeing as only the little plastic screws hold it in place. Its rubbing on the filter. Well was till I removed it.

Yeah I read the ad too, but on the CAI it has hyperflow stamped into it.
What I think black GT meant was that it was bought from and installed by MRT. Either way I like it and it was a smooth sale, hes a good bloke.
But cheers for the pick up Pal. Can you offer any decent advice?

OP is not talking about the air box.
He is talking about the air guide that attaches into the stock airbox.

I have never seen a CAI where you keep the air guide, so my guess is you do not need it.

Yeah cheers guys, yeah I know you don't need it, I just thought if I could guide the air to the pod than it wouldn't good, also it may give it a bit more of a stock look. It's cool problem solved anyhoo.

Cheers mate, hope your enjoying it, it brought a mile to my face with each acceleration. :D

Been dicked around with the other parts I've been trying to sell, some people are farked in the head and if they were easier to deal with as yourself life would be a little simpler.
