MY08 with 25,000 odd and I average between 11-12.2 l per 100 Klm in city traffic.

I got 15 l/100 off my last tank....

Giving the rev limiter a workout? :)

Hardly, could be the 80Kg of tools and parts in the boot, could be big exhaust and no tune, could be the idiots in riced up corollas who keep trying to drag me off.... I think its just thirsty. Gets down to about 9 on the freeway, city is stupid fuel economy with rich factory tune. Good thing I don't pay for fuel.

Just got back from down south for the last 4 days.....mostly highway cycle but with plenty of lead footing - ended up returning 11.2L/100km for the tank all in S# mode.....haven't hit 1500kms yet. Still no where near as good as my old MY06 XT, similar run done just before we sold it returned 8.5L/100km with way more power & torque. If this is the shape of things to come with the GT, a retune will definitely be on the cards........I've already suggested it to the boss and she's open to the idea once the car's run in. :D
