Dyno sheets of RPW Tuned vehicles

Postby Mitsiman » Sun Oct 18, 2009 5:59 pm

As promised in another thread, here ar the links to the two Liberty GT vehicles we tuned.

The first one had a lot of mods being full exhaust, intercooler etc, the second had the same exhaust but stock intercooler. We detuned the second one slightly on the AFR's because of the stock itnercooler. Despite all this they nearly put out the same results, with slightly higher boost in the second vehicle.

This was all done via OpenECU tuning and we have setup a baseline default Stage 1 Map for these model vehicles. This means most models we can load this map on, then tweak to specifically suit the vehicle. Tuning time is down to around 1 - 2 hours max , costing around $300.00 on average.

We are working on a Stage 2 map with more boost, and more aggressive timing but only for those with significant modifications.

if anyone has any questions on this feel free to ask away. If there is a definition file out there for the Liberty vehicles, we can tune it. Those wanting to watch are always welcome to sit in the passenger seat whilst we tune.

I don't specifically but it doesn't take me much time to put something together. Drop through and we will do a read of your rom, and then I will research it, put a base map together and then tweak it on the dyno.

Just saw your location, sorry I don't think i would be able to help you much there.

Being a SA guy, I recomend you go see Steve Knight Racing he specialises in OpenEcu tuning like myself. www.skr.com.au
