From what I've heard it's not worth getting the Hyperflow intercooler. Save for an HKS one if you want to stick with topmount.

just go fmic. i found with the bigger tmic there was still TOO much heat soak, so not really efficient at cooling. i dont have that problem any more with fmic and not too hard to install yourself.

Nothing much Mano, all i've done to the 07 is put on a momo gearknob...

I've started work on the stereo install - in the process of building a new sub enclosure but being winter and rainy here the fiberglass is taking a while to cure so its been going slow.

And i'm waiting for some parts to arrive before i put on all the old parts from the 05 to the 07.

:)

Yeah, i know FMIC is the best option but i don't want to do that - for my needs and mods it will be overkill.

Heatsoak won't be much of a problem for me - there are very few times where the car is at stand still for long enough anyway...

Did some research for the 2.5lt and besides the Perrin, the other option I would look at is.

I haven't started yet!!! Just had the car serviced yesterday and i'll slowly start fitting all the parts first and the stereo install will start after that - need to book in for a tint and try and do the install around the same time so that i don't have to keep pulling the door trims off too many times.

As always will post up pics as i go along and be happy to answer any questions.

The top mount won't fit - the turbo to intercooler pipe is different between the 2.0 (twinscroll) and the 2.5.

2.5

2.0 (twinscroll)

Unless HKS USA release a top mount for the USDM GT (and if it fits RHD cars is another thing)[/img]
