ptruongy wrote:So one thing that I have always been curious on is, It's becoming obvious (to me! anyways) that there aren't too many manual 2005/06 tbSti GT Liberties. Obviously I know that there is only 300 made in production, but I read somewhere that out of the 300 made, only 50 were manual. Now, I don't know if they meant there was only 50 in total in manual transmission or possibly they mean there was 50 manual wagons for the tbSti range?
Can anyone shed any light whatsoever on this particular topic? Because prior to me buying my 06 Liberty, I noticed finding any manual ones quite rare.
*PS: while im in this forum, Im number 217/300 manual

my understanding is that there are 50 in total that are manual across both sedan and wagons

Sadly #003 my beloved Lib was smashed in to by a drug affected driver yesterday morning on the Westgate freeway in Melbourne. Luckily no one was injured but sadly she has been written off by the insurance people - has been a great 13 years.

Sad to hear about the car :( Pain to see it like that. Thankfully no one was hurt. Similar to what happened to my GT, drug affected driver smashed in the rear end on the driver side but mine was parked in the street and luckily it wasn't written off

Since my last one was written off (and I am a Liberty tragic) I managed to get a hold of another MY06 tbSti Lib - same colour, same shape, but this time a manual version!

DEAD - #003 cowwws (James) W UG EAT
#094 cowwws (James) W UG 5MT

Needs a new clutch and a few little bits and pieces to fix but overall in excellent condition.

Hi all,

I've created a new registry as this one isn't being kept up to date any more. It's a lot easier to use and will log details better in the long run.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... iQNN4/edit

Simply enter your car details on the sheet using the drop down boxes.

Cheers
