Wondering if there will be much of a difference in power and torque for 05 gt liberty if I was to upgrade to the 19t?

Kinugawa make awesome Turbos. They are a Japanese owned Taiwanese factory that supply turbos to many manufacturers. I replaced the faulty cartridge in my 4WD with a Kinugawa cartridge. I don't know the answer to your question, only that they are good quality.

Around 200wkw, iirc.
Personally I’d contact Rose Rage turbos to see if they could upgrade a s/h kinugawa td04hla-19t or 20t with eg ported exhaust housing, upgrade compressor and exhaust wheels.
Otherwise, put a holset HE221w chra and compressor in the kinugawa exhaust housing, I want to do exactly this but the budget is a wee bit tight atm

One of my fave modders Stav-Tech has articles on the HE221w...
For the money, eg a genuine refurb unit, it has a compressor map very similar to BW EFR’s.
Not quite plug n play, they tend to have a vee band comp outlet, and the stock TD04hla housing would need some clearancing. But the td04hla-19t housing is larger. The comp inlet looks to be 3” as well.
I’m not sure if supposedly genuine Chinese units are any good.
Apparently the stock LGT TS headers are good for 250wkw, and I’d imagine this could be achieved with a 3” dump and other supporting mods using an HE221w due to that wide range comp map, with awesome response. Its a small frame turbo regardless.
If pushing for more power, converting to JDM TS headers and dump with a Blouch 1.5 would be the proven solution.
