Standard Fuel injectors?

Postby eattsie » Wed Feb 19, 2020 3:47 pm

Hey All

Trying to track down standard fuel injectors for an 04 LGT.. Does anybody have a part number or a link? google just keeps trying to give me injectors for 2.5L WRX.

Cheers

Try using partsouq.com with your VIN to identify the part number then you can order from them or elsewhere. I’d also recommend getting a quote from All Drive Subaroo. They can give pretty good discounts on OEM parts.

I have some standard injectors off a SH Forester (2.5L turbo) if those are any good to you - you would need to research that.

[FYI my low post count is due to mainly posting on Ozfoz until it crashed. I signed up here when i was trying to buy a Liberty.]

Cheers for clarifying the injector compatibility.

To run with the thread derailment for a bit, yeah, it's a shame about Ozfoz - lots of really good subi technical information now up in smoke.

I'm not really posting build updates anywhere at the moment, which is a shame because I've chipped away at a few projects. Of greatest general usefulness is turning a throttle body coolant re-route job into a mini-manifold (based on an off-the-shelf Repco air fitting) into which I have screwed a coolant temp sensor for a temp gauge. The arrangement is pretty compact and sits on the gearbox bell housing - an invisible alternative to cutting into the radiator hose and adding an adapter.

I've toyed with the idea of starting a Forester build thread here, which I should probably pull my finger out and do.
