Dyno Chart With Custom ECUtek (Tune by MRT)

Postby swingn » Wed Nov 12, 2008 8:19 am

Hi Guys

Was clearing out my desk yesterday & came across my old dyno run sheet from MRT. Figured some of you might find it useful:

This was done when my car was bog stock (Not even an air filter of BOV! - Remember my car is also auto) & MRT use a "hub dyno", so I'm unsure exactly what the ATW's power was.

I remember they gave me a driveline ratio or something which was so you could compare factory power & torque figures to the new ones. Unsure how true or accurate it was, but I was told it converted to 228kw (Up from 180kw) & 420nm (Up from 310nm).

Either way, none of this really applies to my car anymore since the Phat man worked his magic on my car :D Can't wait to get it tuned up 8)

I think you meant to say that MRT uses a hub dyno, as opposed to a chassis dyno.

You'll have to excuse my ignorance, but I thought they were the same thing :?:

Or is a chassis dyno the rolling road style which gives you a power reading ATW's :?:

Correct, a chassis dyno is a rolling road style dyno.
