Just so you know, the liberty up pipe and dump is a specific pattern - I have VF36 STi Twin scroll turbo that won't fit your car.

Yes thats true
I forgot that they had different patterns
So i believe i can only be looking for the 38, 54, 55 or the td04-hl
So if anyone can please post here or PM me
Thanks :)

Would anyone know if its a lot of work to customise it so it fits?

You can modify the headers to suit, and get a new dump or modify your current one - it would be a few hundred $ at least.

That said - the VF36 on my car kicked ass - peak torque at 3000 rpm and 227kw ate on e85

I'm after 1300 or so, at a guess I'd say ... $350 of parts (from ebay for a flange and a downpipe head) and probably $3-500 worth of fab from a reasonably priced shop on top of turbo refit costs.

Did you finish up getting your sorted? I have a td04hla complete turbo available and a brand new vf38 core still in the box.
