Recently spoke to my aunty (subaru parts interpreter) and she informed me that subaru thwmselves had told customers to stay away from shell fuels as they constantly cause pinging..... Havnt used shell for a while now and havnt had a problem!

Car shakes when flat sticked and is slow to kick down, when it eventually licks down and picks up it pings all the way through the rev range. Can anyone help?!?!
