Sooo I have a quick question about oil. how often do i change the oil and filter? It has been a while since last service roughly 6-7000km. my next service in the 100k service and I am 5k from from hitting the mark and my oil is well dark, so my gut feeling is buying an oil filter from super cheap or autobarn and just doing a service. yeah?

Your instincts are right. Id do an oil and filter change. Most people on here change the oil every 5-6000kms. Its a cheap thing to do and will help your engine live forever.
