Oil feed line

Hey guys,
So my oil feed line is leaking, and I just bought this on ebay:

but it says it's for non AVCS, however looking at the design it may fit the end and go on anyway, but be longer?

The actual part I need is this:

The only one I can find in australia is a full hardline here:
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Turbo-Oil-Fe ... 3cf140b414
It says without AVCS but clearly IS for AVCS so I think someone is smoking the crack pipe.

OTOH, If anyone know where I can get my hands on one from melbourne (or at least australia) for less than $50, that would be awesome.

To answer my own question - no. This will not work.

From an excellent post over at LGT - http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.p ... 36078.html
See the oil pipe that goes up to nowhere and is next to the arrow and text "to the turbo" below. The threading/fitting on the end of that pipe that would run to the stock turbo in stock form, is M12x1.0 male flare. This is a rare fitting.

the other excellent reference in this issue is http://www.iwsti.com/forums/2-5-liter-l ... ement.html

I've contacted the seller to cancel the order, since he only seems to have the hardlines, and since I'm replacing it, I might as well use braided.

I am off to enzed at lunch to see if they can make me up a line, and how much it'd be, and if they are too expensive or don't have the above fitting, I'll order it from kinugawa.

The hose specs you will need if you are doing this are M12x1.0 female to 10mm banjo bolt adapter, I will edit with the length later.

Some people experience failures with the line at the AVCS end or near the block oil feed to the line, but since I don't have that problem, I'm not going to bother replacing the whole thing, when I can just bolt on/off the new turbo line, and there's nothing wrong with the AVCS hardline.

To answer my own issue again - the ebay seller vigoperformance got back to me and has an adapter for the line for $4, and he's express posted it today. It should arrive tomorrow, and then I can stop wasting the planets precious oil!

Couldn't be happier! good prices, quick to respond and express shipping. They seem to have a bunch of lines and adapters and connecting hardware - if I need any more lines or adapters, I'll be sure to use them again.
