Dual mass flywheel to single mass flywheel - parts

Hey guys,
The original clutch is on it's last legs so it's time to get it changed. The car in question is an 06 liberty GT TBSTI, I've been told that my car probably has a dual mass flywheel (however my mechanic told me that's he's seen some with solid for this generation liberty).
My question to you is, does my car definitely have a dual mass flywheel and if so, what flywheel/clutch kit will I need for a single mass conversion that is compatible with my gear box.
So far I've been quoted $800 to get an exedy HD clutch kit, given that I have a single mass already (which just needs to be machined) or $1300 (for clutch and flywheel) - and this is without labour
Your help would be much appreciated!
Cheers

Mate you're kidding me, that's so cheap! Do you know which parts were used? Like what fly wheel/clutch combination. So far I've been quoted $1600 for everything. I'm from NSW btw

Full Exedy kit (with HD clutch) is: FJK-7731SMFHD
Probably around $1,100 - $1,200 for the kit.

I got a SMF conversion done for my GT at John French in South Brisbane.
He used an excedy HD kit and an 07WRX flywheel from a wrecker which was machined, $1600 inc. labour. There was a few other bits as well, new flywheel dowels (apparently you are not supposed to re-use them) and while they were at it they replaced the rear crank seal. Very happy with the result, but a HD clutch does take a little bit of getting used to.
I'm told you can get a SMF kit from subaru for about $1k but it is for the NA variant.

Hey guys is this the exact kit that I need:
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/281311418338 ... 1423.l2649Cause this is an absolute bargain. It has been such a headache chasing this kit up, I just want to get it over and done with..
Edit - I just realised this isn't the HD clutch

I did a DMF to SMF conversion in my car a few months back. I ended up going with the FJK-7731SMF Exedy kit which has everything you need and cost me around $1100.
I was torn between going the standard kit or the heavy duty kit but in the end decided standard is the best option for a standard 5 speed gearbox. I would rather my clutch be the weakest link in my gearbox and only have to replace that if it starts slipping than replace a gearbox because the heavy duty clutch has put to much stress on it.
Just my opinion

I tried Australian Brake & Clutch - they quoted $1500 for the kit including freight.
I've also been weighing up HD vs standard and I do realise that the 5-speed gearbox obviously isn't as strong.
But my mechanic told me that the HD isn't really going to add much pressure on the gearbox - I'm obviously not going to be doing hard clutch drop launches which will fry the gearbox - it'll just grab better and handle the power on daily driving
Looks like I'm just going to bite the bullet and fork out $1300 for the kit and pay $400 for labour, making it $1700

I'll be taking it to NRG Automotive in Rydalmere - they're subaru specialists (apparently), has anybody dealt with these guys?
