Ambient air/atmo pressure sensor

Postby Sean82 » Sun Sep 14, 2014 8:14 pm

Where is it in the the pre-FL GT? (Or other non-2º air pump system cars?)

I'm of the understanding that the barometer is in the passenger's side solenoid in cars with the system, is this correct also?

Cheers
Sean..

Are you referring to the intake air temp sensor, map sensor or ambient temperature sensor for the outside air temperature display?

If the latter, it is on the bottom of the radiator support panel outside the radiator

Ambient air/atmo pressure sensor

No I'm talking about the pressure sensor, the barometer.
My understanding is that there's a sensor in one of the air pump solenoids in later year models, but given there's none on our cars, I'm just trying to work out where it is...

That's what that is! I guessed that was what it was, but I never knew for sure until now. Thank you haha.
