It is the same valve, but mine was screwed into the back on the inlet manifold (I saw 'was' because I now have a metal STi inlet manifold).

Try Jap Wreck at Smithfield to see if they have one cheap...
Or Ichiban in Campbelltown


EDIT: this might help with the location and access to the PCV valve...

Sure is; manifolds are identical, despite the twin scroll and 2.0/2.5L differences ;)

Update: pcv valve replaced , there was nothing wrong with the one that came out of the car! The idling issue is still there :(
We are putting the stock tune on the tonight to see if the issue goes away!

Does your model have TGV? Maybe there's something wrong in that space....just a thought....
